- Price variation: Estimates are based on Living Cards’ current costs of production and, unless otherwise agreed, are subject to amendment after 2 weeks , if an order is not made by then, to meet any rise or fall in such costs.
- Preliminary work: Charges for preliminary work are part of the order price. Buyers are therefore expected to make a payment of 50% of the order price before any work whether experimentally or otherwise can start.
- Proofs: In the case of printed bags, we provide the buyer with a mockup for approval. Physical samples come at an extra charge. No responsibility will be accepted for any errors in proofs which have been passed by the buyer.
- Suitability of Goods: If you come to us with your purpose for our products we can help suggest the most suitable, otherwise we cannot guarantee our products suitability for purposes unknown to us.
- Printing: We shall endeavour to match a colour as close as possible but we cannot guarantee an exact match.
- Industry tolerance: Quotations are conditional upon a margin of 10% being allowed for overs or shortage, the exact quantity delivered will be the quantity invoiced.
- Cancellation or amendment to order: Any costs incurred will be invoiced.
- Force Majeure: This contract may be varied or cancelled by the Seller if it is affected by any Act of God, War, Strike, Lock out, Fire, Flood, Drought, Tempest or any other cause beyond control of the Seller whether similar to the foregoing or not, or if the Seller shall for any reason be unable to procure materials or articles required for the performance of the contract.
- Paper stock variation: Paper roll stock can vary as it runs on different machines at different mills. This can cause varying color, basis weight and texture.
- Tolerances: All bag dimensions are subject to a 1/8” width tolerance and 1/4” length tolerance.
- Delivery: Unless otherwise stated, our quotations come without delivery charges.
- Lead-Time: Lead-times are approximate. They depend on our available capacity at the time of ordering and begin when the mockup designs have been approved. Changes after approvals may incur additional charges/delays.
